Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking:

You can book apartments through our website, by phone or by e-mail.

Prepayment or bank card details may be required to confirm the booking (depending on the selected rate).

After registration, you will receive a confirmation to your specified e-mail or messenger.

Cancellation of the booking:

Free cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the arrival date.

If cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no—show, the first night's fee will be charged.

Non-refundable rates do not include cancellation or refund.
